Dear Friends of CVRM,

“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away, behold, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 (ESV)

This passage comes alive every day here at the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission. “New creations” are born when men, women and children’s lives are redeemed and saved in Christ. Beyond the obvious efforts of providing shelter, meals, clothing, support and guidance every day, we are most committed to helping lost souls find new beginnings. Our New Life Program provides those who engage in it the revelation of a new life in Christ.

During 2011 we have launched the construction of our new 35,000 ft. Facility, being built directly across the street from our current location. While this project will receive much visibility and attention, the more important work will be happening every day by dedicated and committed staff and volunteers who faithfully serve and support our clients as they experience their new beginning of life in Christ. That is our mission.

We are sincerely grateful for your prayerful support in the past and encourage you to join us as we press on with New Beginnings. Your generous, sacrificial giving to our Building Fund and ongoing operations is more critical than ever. The need is great. Our God is faithful. We serve Him by serving His people.

We welcome your visit to the Mission at anytime. It will be a dynamic year and we want to share with you the excitement, anticipation and joy that we experience as we witness His new creations every day.
