Darla has been with CVRM since December 2004 and came with extensive experience in human resource and non-profit business administration.
Darla states: “The best part of being employed with the Mission is combining my business knowledge with the ministry of the Mission, and witnessing positive change in so many people.”
Sue joined CVRM in 2005 with over 20 years’ experience in operational management.
“The work at the Mission is my passion to equip our staff and volunteers to reach more people with the Good News of a forgiven life with Jesus Christ.”

Tom has pastored in the Church for over twenty years in Oregon and Arizona. Recently, he has worked as Chaplain in a hospital, in hospice, and at CVRM. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Arizona College of the Bible, a Master of Divinity in Counseling and Family from Phoenix Seminary, and is completing his Dissertation for his Doctor of Ministry from Phoenix Seminar y. Tom has a passion for the broken and lost to help them in their journey to achieve healing and spiritual growth. Tom loves working out, hiking, and spending time with his family. His family includes his wife of 20 years, Vicky, and their two daughters Nicole (16) and Kaitlyn (15) who love to read, work out and hike with their father, and playing sports.
Scott has been with CVRM since 2011, and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lord through serving the Mission.
